You must be:

  • A licensed real estate professional, team, or brokerage (or authorized representative)

  • Operating in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


3. No Guarantee of Results

Everstone Media does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads

  • A specific number of calls or appointments

  • Closed transactions

  • Revenue increases

Advertising performance depends on market conditions, competition, responsiveness, budget, and other external factors.

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.


4. Market Availability & Exclusivity

Everstone Media may offer limited market availability.

Exclusivity, when offered:

  • Applies only to active service areas

  • Is tied to active campaigns and agreed-upon advertising spend

  • May be modified or revoked if services are paused or discontinued

We reserve the right to determine market definitions and availability at our sole discretion.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Respond to qualified calls or booked appointments in a timely manner

  • Maintain active and compliant real estate licensing

  • Comply with advertising and real estate regulations

  • Maintain a professional Facebook page for advertising purposes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact performance.


6. Payment Terms

All fees, advertising spend, and service charges will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Everstone Media does not control:

  • Facebook advertising costs

  • Platform policy changes

  • Ad account suspensions

Advertising spend is separate from service fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. SMS & Communications Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive business-related communications via:

  • Email

  • SMS (text message)
